Very disappointed

Very disappointed and dissatisfied. The little beads kept falling and today the necklace broke into two. I haven't even worn it for my main event yet. Y'all claim to sell "premium jewellary" Is this your definition of premium? LMAO Joke is on y'all. I trusted y'all and purchased two necklaces but I will never trust your store or site or whatever y'all sell ever again. I expected a proper quality for the value I spent. I'm really scared to even wear this on my main event what if this had broken at the event??!!! I'm so frustrated. I even raised this issue on instagram but y'all just left me on seen. Your customer service and jewellery are both horrible. Never purchasing anything from y'all or even recommending y'all to anyone. what a waste of money
